Hi everyone!

Well I'm a (pretty much) legal resident of Germany and although we got some united states here too I'm almost sure that's not what the description meant. And seeing how Canada is pointed out (but not Quebec, hahaha ^^) I'm afraid my input is unwanted... or will at least not participate in the actual competition.

Well the thing is, you could have someone in the Legal areas submit the wall paper on their behalf!

I personally have no artistic skill, and would be willing to work out a deal. ;)

Oh, did I mention I am a located in a legal area for this contest! ;) :p

If you were to do this, you'd be committing fraud. There are a whole bunch of legal documents that have to get signed, notarized, etc by the winners of the contest, and you do not want to falsify them. Trust me - it's a bad idea.

I must say I'm disappointed with the november wallpaper. It lacks the "zing" that makes a good wallpaper, there have been many wallpapers that I have liked, and some that were merely... ok. But I'm afraid this one has such a "blah" factor I doubt it will ever make it onto my desktop.

I personally dont think it is that bad, it is just an ingame picture, instead of art (didnt make it to my desktop though).

Thats just it. They did not DO anything really to the picture. It looks like they took a picture of a tree, took a picture of an elf, slapped them together, slapped "Lineage ][" on it, and put it out. I could do lightyears better then that in under 30 minutes!

You know Mistryl and Sarge there will be so many great wallpapers that didn't win any prizes let alone all the great ones that could be made by the people outside the United States.

I'd like to offer a showcase of sorts on all wallpapers submited and to anyone outside the USA.

If one of you would PM me i could fill you in with the details of what i have planned.

excuse me, but what the hell? Im from Rhode island... and it is a STATE, not a territory or island.. hELLO theres TONS of rhode islanders playing on the Gustin server... what makes us excluded?

I like this wallpaper, it's one of the first ones from the L2 site I've actually used.

But then again I do have an Elf fetish...errr yeah. Plus it's the closest I'll get to ever having a wallpaper of my character, trying to make my own is just bad.

so...what graphic are you using? coz yours is better than mine... :(
(from the look of the screenshot , i can see the shadow on the face causes by the hairs).
