Are the memo's that you create in game kept on the client's machine and if so where. Also are they accessable via a text editor. Let me explain a little bit more of why im asking this.
Lets say you want to gather information that you can review offline. So you use the memo option in the community window to make notes for yourself. Are these notes readable outside the game or only in game?
