SA for the Spirit Staff?

Hi can someone say if the spirit staff has the SA for mana regen ?

Spirit Staff has three SAs-- Magic Regeneration (red, 9), Mental Shield (green, 9), and Magic Hold (blue, 9).

I personally recommend Mental Shield, its great for PvP...

There is no SA for mana regen.

If you have a SA list that says mana regen its a mistranslation of the SA "magic regen", which has a chance to cast a regeneration buff onto your target when using beneficial magic.
