Phantom Ranger and tattoo combo's

Quick question , I am going Phantom Ranger and am wondering what would be the optimum tatto get for my PR Tybur? I am lvl 21 right now. I have heard the following combo is good +4 str -4 con/+4dex -4 con/ +4 wit -4 int
Shud I wait till higher lvl or do it now ?

Thats a good combo at A grade. I wouldnt do more than one "-Con" tat before then. The HP hit and stuns you'll recieve with -8 Con are brutal. I recommend using ++++Plated Leather Armour and a Dex +4 Con-4 tat until A grade and/or beyond. Add a Wit+4 Int-4 tat if you want a little increase in Hex casting speed. I used bbss with my hex's to increase land rates, which the -Int hurts a little.

If you plan on using Doom Light you get a +3 Dex bonus so just get a Str tat and Wit tat with that.

Keep in mind, that tattoos for lvl 20-40 will disappear when you either hit 40 or finish your 2nd class change quest (don't know which). I never put tattoos on toons below 40. But your choice :)
