The update server is down again...

Nope. I downloaded c4 from the game download section.

just copy and paste the lineage2.exe into your lineage2 C4 folder. then run it, and do the "check files" to update the client (before you click on "start")

I just copied the PTS folder over my live folder, then copied lineageii.exe (from the conversion kit) to the live folder.

All I can do now is wait for the patch server to be available. :eek:

Well if you don't understand the simple instructions, I don't know how we can explain it any better?!?

You simply make a copy of your PTS folder and drop the new LineageII.exe in it. Below is a copy of the instructions ... it's very easy, honest :)

1. Make a copy of your PTS client to your hard drive. You can give this copy any name. We will use "Lineage II Live Client" as the default installation directory for instruction purposes.

2. Now copy the LineageII.exe into the "Lineage II Live Client" directory. When you are prompted to replace the original file, select yes.


When you launch the client please make sure that you run a Check File to fully patch.

The client is now ready for use with the Live Server. To launch the game, run LineageII.exe in the "Lineage II Live Client" folder and login with your normal username and password.

I copied them all..

But you must have an up to date PTS copy of C4.. If you haven't played on C4 PTS, there's no use for you to try convert it.

And even then it will have tpo patch things. Which it wont do as the update server is still down.
