Rind Leather (C)

Any idea were I get this armor? I want rind leather tunic, legs, boots, and gloves. Any idea what the average price of all these together is to?

Also, were do I get c grade helmets?

Mats drop from Branded mobs, or at least I have gotten them there in C3

Rind is a rare Craft or Drop only item(any of it)

So either hunt mobs for it or shout around, someone might have it.
