Was in Giran then all the sudden my screens resolution increased and my entire monitor showed only a magnified chat box. Cannot access and option menus due to resolution error. I reinstalled game after same thing, updated directx and catalyst drivers now the game loads the login screen then dumps to desktop. Giving the error...
Failed to delay load library mscorlib.dll (win 32 error:998)
any info helping me solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
mscorlib is part of the .NET framework.
Now why the game would need that is a good question, it might be some other software on your system trying to inject itself into processes.
Anyhow, you can download the redistributable installer for .NET from microsoft.com.

Thank you for the info. I went and redownloaded .net redist pack and the framework service patch...nothing still does the exact same thing. I read in a previous post about Gigantisism in refrence to resolution which suggested deleting options.ini file from system folder. Which did work until i changed resolution and bamo then my game started spinning the crashed again giving me the above message. Any other ideas or info would be great for playing this game since Closed Beta Im about to say to hell with it...

I had this problem myself last night after installing C4, i found the problem to lie within the Catalyst 6.1 drivers and only solution i could find was to revert back to the 5.9 control panel only driver version. Since then ive had no problems at all.

It is a known issue applicable for Catalyst 5.12 (and later) drivers in Control Center mode. there is only one work-around for the problem - don't use Control Center, use Control Panel driver (it's available in ATi driver download page as first part of partial driver download package).
Contact support though web site for details.
The problem was described in details in Known Issues topic, but with Bug Reports Forum gone... well... poke support site in the ribs for every sneeze of the game.
As far as they don't want to support bug reports forum such questions will only increase their burden. But it's exactly they wanted deleting the forum - isn't it?
