Info new servers

Hi all
I am new and i saw yesterday in server list an info for relax server and non-pvp server.
Now i want ask:
When will be up this 2 servers?

I play few hours at week (About 10-15) and in my few time a 30% more of exp and 50% drop is good.

I wish this servers :) :) :)

NCSoft will open another server only after most people will leave existing ones due to overpopulation. But since they'll leave, why bother about new server? Nah, no new servers for us
