Unicorn seraphim - what level do I need to be at

Have the unicorn seraphim book, but cannot find anywhere to train it. What level do I Have be to get this summons.

The mass cubic books drop deep in Patriot's Necropolis (if that's what it's called, the one in Partisan Hideaway) and Heretic's Catacomb, from Gigant Raiders or Grave Keeper Dark Horrors (the other one drops the Cursed Man and Nightshade books).
