How do you fish?

I just got back to L2 and I find fishing interesting.

Question, how do you succeed in capturing a fish?

Everytime I fish, I see a 24 sec timer and I'm struggling with reel and pump and I cannot seem to get it below to zero (as in no blue bar I presume).

so how does it work? Are there areas that have harder fish? where do nub fisherman start out at?

Currently using A-grade pole (expensive...). :confused:

Just what level is your character your trying to fish with?

When you cast your line, you should have a window that shows your bobber. In that window two types of icons will flash telling you which one to do... Just click on the skill thats showing..
