GMs Please Check Dimension Rift On kain

Got a good friend who somehow went to the Dusk Dimension rift and now cannot get out. She is named Bangz. Not exactly sure what happened but basically she is outside the rifts in the safe area and can go back to the Festival but cannot get to town. SOE, /unstuck do not work and the Npc will not talk to her.

Im asking that soemone go to the Kain Dimension Rift, look for Bangz and move her to town. She has been stuck in basically those 2 rooms for 48+ hours.

Ok heres what happen (after i finally figured out how to log on these boards >.<)

We were meeting up for a clan event so everyone ported to the Oracal of Dawn from Aden. Upon leaving the dawn festival, Bangz selected the demensional rift option. Once at the demensional rift if she asks the npc to send her back to her land it ports her across the room. If she makes a blood sacrifice it sends her to the ORACAL OF DUSK! At the oracal of dusk she asks to RETURN TO TOWN and the npc says that her lord didn't send her (bangz) there so she (npc) can not send her (bangz) back.

Half of our guild has petitioned the gm! Bangz herself has tried to but has a hard time explaining what exactly happend to her nor is she able to post a 'ticket' as english is FAR from her first language.

I am not sure why this is so bloody complicated and the gms REFUSE TO ACTUALLY RESPOND TO A BLOODY PETITION INSTEAD OF SENDING AN AUTOMATIVE RESPONCE!

We have tried everything short of soeing to a clan hall/castle as our guild does not have either of those. Using /unstuck does the same as a normal soe and ports her across the room...

Way to start out a new chronical! its like look at all you could be doing but because of a HUGE glitch your stuck here and OH I am sorry but there are no Gms on... And the one poor guy that is on has to answer a million /gm about I can't do this or I don't understand this... And he misses the one I HAVE BEEN STUCK IN THE DEMENSIONAL RIFT FOR OVER 48 HOURS!

This has been and extremely dissappointing display by NCSoft. As of right now bangz is in the Demensional rift with at shop up Saying: AFK GM help me I stuck.... She can not be at her computer for the NEXT 48 hour to see if maybe a live person will try to help her out. She is trying but after the first 48 hours and receiving a automated response of: "I am sorry but we are not sure we fully understand your problem please submit a ticket at support.plaync.com."

COME ON JUST MOVE HER TO EITHER THE ORACAL OF DAWN/DAWN FESTIVALS OR ADEN! :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

I would like to thank ALL THOSE WHO ACTUALLY HELPED IN GETTING BANGZ OUT!

As for NCSoft and all the Gms and their automated responses BlAR BLAR BLAR I have many inappropriate things to say to you... but I wont cause its bad >.<

FYI: NcSoft might want to test out of the demensional rift. I think that bangz had not officially signed up for the festival. In other words she had not declared to fight for dawn or dusk....

It was not a problem before - in C3 I ported back and forth not being assigned...

It was not a problem before - in C3 I ported back and forth not being assigned...

The dimensional rift is a new feature in c4, it was not there in c3.

I think he was identifying the fact that one could port into dawn without being signed up.... In any case it is the major reason for being stuck in the demensional rift now. However I myself have not ported to the demensional rift through dawn as I am afraid that i wont be able to get out. Someone needs to try that can soe to clan hall or castle.

Try when you ARE signed up for dawn. I know it works for dusk as my alt spent time with bangz down there keeping her from lossing it >.< bird in a cage :confused:

The Petition system is more of a 911 emergence system not something to use, if like you locked your keys in the car.


For that it would have been best to fill out a support ticket here on the website.

If having your char stuck for 48 hours isn't a good enough reason to petition, then what exactly would be? What issue is "important enough" to petition for?

Well thats odd. Why have a GM petition system then? WHy are we paying money? Get real. The support just isnt there. They probably run on a minimum budget.
