Which NPC for new pet quests

Which npc and in which town is for the new pet quests plse.
Also do these pets have individual special abilities ? , if so what are they , and to which pets do they apply.

Pet Managers in Giran, Dion and Gludio.

All three pets have the ability to heal and emergency heal the owner. They do so automatically.

Stratics has guides on each of these quests, though they are pretty simple. Which pet manager you choose will determine the type of pet you get. Giran gets you the Cougar, Dion the Buffalo and Gludio the Kookaburra.

These baby pets ONLY heal and they heal small amounts of SP (their beginning heal is 26 hp). They are permanent. They die super easy, they won't attack and help you fight, they can't use armor.

There is another kind of pet that will buff you and also has recharge but these are not permanent pets and where the baby pets are from quests that are in the high level 20s range, the tamable pets are level 65.
