anybody have a link to the official response that says only lvl penalties (same as players) applys?
yes i did a search but haven't found the official word... if a mod would be so good to give it in this thread it would save lots of time... thanks

I don't know. But I remember the words 'confirmed by Korea' in it, and I know that it was made by Miykael. The post is no longer present (I searched).
