C4 Help Please!

I downloaded the files for C4 into Winrar but I don't know what to do with them after that. If someone could help me it would be really appreciated.

P.S. I am not very good with computers so if you could explain it step by step

Extract to a folder, open the folder, find LineageII.exe, click it, start the update.
Once done, play.

I've downloaded the C4 installation file twice now, but it's corrupted...can a GM help? :confused:

What program are you using to open the zipped C4 file?
