Fishing screen problem

does anyone else has this problem?

they suppose to be on same screen, the left one remain there anytime until i close game

how do i fix it?

only myself has this kind of Fishing screen problem?

Only Fishing Graphical bug i have is when i turn Reflections to All, that reflection shows my Character always in same spot even camera moves in that small window. (Not big deal)
