SS problem

Me and 2 other friends were hunting in forbbiden path when suddenly all our SS cut out. In mid fight we tired to unequip/requip weap and to manually load our respective SS but the soulshot refused to load. As we were living off vr at the time this REALLy hurt and we almost died. Midway thro the 3rd mob we were killing while the SS refused to load All our SS started loading again.

This happened a few more times, can we fix this?
