Blessed Enchant Scrolls???

I read in the library of the site that there are Blessed Scrolls of Enchanting items. Meaning that if the enchantment fails the item is not destroyed but returned to the +0 condition..

Where can we find these? Anyone can help???

I believe they are in every town. I even saw one in Orc Village. Just have a look around.

You can become a noblesse if you are level 75 with a level 75 subclass.
