These are random idea's i have thought of for C5, (or some even b4 c5.) plz feedback (insult/build on)
1. Horses!
* You obtain these by completing your first class change, and maybe through a quest later on also?
* The horses would come in 3 colors, obviously White, Brown, and Black. Plus all horses would have the following commands, stay/follow // dismount // walk/gallop // stop // move to // trample // return
* Trample would be the horses attack, but it could only be used once per mob? or once per attack round (ex pause between attack mobs, so if 5 mobs attacked at once, you could only use once b4 all mobs die, but after a 2 second wait of no attacking/taking hits you could use trample again.) Also trample would be Area of affect.
* White Horse, would have more HP's than the other horses (takes medium food consumption)
* Brown Horse, would have a natural Speed boost (takes higest food consumption)
* Black Horse, would have a higher trample attack rate (takes lowest food consumption)
* Horses would gain 20% of xp, fighting or not, and lvls would only increase stats
* Also horses would have food just like any other pet
* Armor would actually show, as the robes you see horses wear in some of those medevil movies, the lower armor just looks like saddles, while the higher lvl armor actually looks like the robes.
* Strider armor would also show up visible, and maybe actually look more metallic or w/e
* Striders would have more moves, and would be tougher/ faster than horses making them still the top choice over horses
(maybe allow striders to keep some of the moves they have as hatchlings + some more)
2. Alliance Ideas
* Alliance uniforms? Maybe make it so that alliance warsmiths could actually make armor for the alliance, This armor would look like the colors/symbols the alliance decides. (For Ex. All the armor is black, and there is a big shield crest on the front plate of the chest, and also on the shields. And maybe the personal clans emblem can be posted on the right upper arm?) The armor could be crafted from D-S grade, so all allies could have according to lvl. (also they could make horse armor to match ally too maybe.) I just know a tag can scare you enough, but seeing 20 bubs come at you in black armor with a huge Shield Crest or w/e the front would be, would be more tramatuzing.
* Actually make it so that there are 11 huts around or inside the castles, so that way when One clan takes over a castle the other 11 or less clans in the alliance can take refuge in these different huts, and maybe get some buffs or w/e from a hall manager inside. And make the Area owned by the castle Just like arena / siege for the alliance, where as they can attack anyone without losing as much (xp OR weap/armor dmg (described below)).
* Alliance Halls? Maybe in places like Giran/ Aden/ Goddard have 3-4 alliance halls, make them super expensive, but it could allow alliances to do one huge *** Hall instead of 4-5 clan halls that no one else can use.
* Allow alliances to actually rank Members so you could have Alliance leaders listed 1-3 (and leader could give rights) plus the other titles most alliances use (event manager // server relations manager // recruiting manager // ex) (Clans would also get this feature for the clan itself.)
* Also allow alliances to change leaders (clans also) not sure what penalty we could put on that
3. New Pvp/Pve idea's
* PVP no longer loses XP or item drops? instead during PVP your weapons/armor recieve damage, and if you dont get repaired through a NPC Blacksmith, or a Warsmith the armor would eventually erode and disapear do to too much damage. (arena and sieges recieve no weapon/armor damage.)
* Also if someone was riding a horse or strider, the mount would die first before the Player (so the mount would die, player is now forced to fight on ground.)
* PVE You still lose 5% from dying to mobs, also armor/item drops still occur, just not weapons
* RaidBosses keep same
4. Practice Pads
* Insert 3-4 castles into the game (maybe out in the water) where alliances can go and practice sieges, ONLY alliance leaders can teleport alliances from the Monster Track (similar to festival's where in order to go, you have to be in the monster track arena area.) Also only alliances would be able to go these
* 2 alliances could set up times to practice sieges, (no crystals for setting flags) Plus alliances leaders could talk to NPC's (one inside castle one outside) And have the NPC teleport alliance back, or fix the castle. (both sides would need to ok fixing castle.) Also a alliance could siege solo, and split up the alliance into 2 groups (in that case both group leaders would have to ok.) (Once inside, the alliance leader cannot go back and get more ppl w/o moving entire alliance out.)
* Also add a couple open field area's where alliances could work on pvp skills better. (more spacious than arena) Clans or alliances could go these, once again clan/alliance leader would need to teleport from inside monster track and all ppl going need to be in there, (unlike practice sieges the leader can go back to RT and bring more ppl)
5. Battles
* Create battlegrounds, where alliances do actual fights for prizes against other alliances (S/A grade items maybe?)
* For a 3 month period alliances sign up for these battles, and every other Saturday (opposite of sieges) Alliances will go head to head against other alliances, alliance recieves prizes for every win (everything save adena and AA given to alliance leader) and the MVP of every battle also recieves extra gear.
* The battle would be more of a maybe CTF event, where both sides are entrentched in a small Wooden Pallisade, you would have to break through get the flag, and bring it back to base. 50 points (1 capture = 1 point) or best score by 1 hour wins.
* Siege Gollums/ Siege rams allowed to be summoned. Healers can heal pallisade walls and warsmiths can also repair em. Wyrvens would also be allowed to be used.
* Points are also tallied up individually (kills, wall fixed, wall breakthroughs, Flag capture, Killing the flag capturer, consecutive kills w/o dying.) The person who wins the most points, gets game MVP (also cannot see player stats till game is done)
* The Winning Alliance PER server, will represent THEIR server, in the server VS server battles!
6. Server Changing
* Allow players to switch servers at the cost of maybe 5 million adena and 1 month penalty before switching servers back up (every time you switch servers the cost goes up by 1 million adena also.)
7. Recreational activities?
* If horses are introduced, allow players to have jousting tournaments (in every town)
* The horses would be on a straight path, the more you kicked the horse (jousting action only) the faster it gets, and you would use the arrows/mouse to point your joust.
* Gambling
* Cards/ or w/e they gambeled to back then
* Paintings and wood carving
8. Personal Appartments?
* Maybe add personal appartments, (could tele from towns for free like RT) it would send you to a different map, where houses could be bought and built, then players could personalize with paintings/wood accesorized/etc.
