Porting to Dimensional Rift Problem

When you port to the Dimensional Rift your unable to move anywhere and you black screen 7-8 times before you can move anywhere.

Is this a glitch or a game design?

usuaully for me that means I"m lagging (network lag) but this being a new chronicle I wouldn't bet on that being the only reason :P

LOL, that is game design... it should give you the feeling of being in a dimensional gap, but I guess it failed to do so :)
