My clan on Devianne has held Partisans Hideaway for a month or so now. We only took the hall for something to do and had been waiting for C4 to come so we could try and acquire a new clan hall. Well, the last day Nurka showed up was on Jan 30. I believe C4 release date of Feb 8 was announced the very next day or the day after that. A 1 week auction on the clan halls would go until Feb 15. Given that Nurka shows up every 2 weeks, we intended to have our subclan take the hideout from us on Feb 13(the next it was going to spawn). To our surprise and dismay, NCSoft change the date for Nurka to show up and pushed it back to Friday the 17th, thus eliminating any possibility for us to have a chance for a new clan hall. I was forced to give our money to my dwarf clan in which they won the auction for a new Goddard Hall. I have been petitioning through support asking for someone to look into this, and based on responses, I do not feel that the situation has even been investigated. My request to have the clan hall transfered to my Main clan due to an oversight in planning when releasing C4 has been repeatedly denied. I am confident that the situation could be remedied if only someone would investigate the validity of my claim. The short notice of C4 coupled with the change in date for Nurka which resulted in my clan being unable to participate in new content I know was nothing more then an unintentional oversight. Under these circumstances, I cannot see how NCSoft would not make the adjustment in the hall ownership.
