Since the new "64 bit" servers didn't fix the "FULL" server problem, will there be a new server coming out?

Nope, instead numbers for "Full" will be corrected to reflect actual servers load.
We have situation like this:
Server had 10 maximum connections, showing "normal" for 5 connections and "full" for 7 connections. Then server capacity was increased up to 15 connections, but it still shows "normal" status for 5 connecions and "Full" status for 7 connections.
We have two official answers concerning the issue:
1) there is no new server in plans
2) server status measurement is obsolete (bugged) and will be fixed soon to reflect increased server capacities

...and item lag reflects the obsolate numbers, since we all know the item lag shows when server is just 'full' (i mean status full)...
