Increase the number of quests a character can have at the same time from 15 to at least like 20 as there are so many more quests now which requires canceling quests far too often (including many you cannot cancel without fear too lose necessary quest items).
OR
Make it possible to increase the number by trading in "Proof Of Catching Fish" as it's already possible to increase inventory, warehouse, etc. if you do not want to give away anything for free (this is still Lineage 2).
