54 Marsh Stalker
55 Halingka
55 Taik Orc Supply Leader

yeah i don't think theres a mob it spoils on, and it seems the drop rate is very rare for the level of mobs it drops on. But the Taik Orc Supply Leader I finally got one off of after leveling from 48-58 just targetting them. They also give pretty good exp for their level too. They are farmed to death though.

dunno why not i mean bop 100% spoils. [censored] ncsoft again. no love for mage weapons. remember spellbooks? three eye'd crows feather, blue crystal skull. gone.

raid boss drops alot of them, not sure which one though.
