Banner in the forum.

Could we please have the forum moved further up, its very annoying the screen jumps down every time you click somewhere and the banner takes up a considerable portion of the page :(

Its a very nice banner, but could it please fill a little less in the forum section and only be full size in the other sections please?

I think if the fourm was moved up so it was just under the word Lineage on the left, that should make it just right.
