Fails to decompress file

when i try to download the newest patch, the L2 patcher disconnects everytime i reach the \maps\16_12.unr file. the Patcher will download the file, then immediately when it tries to decompress, i get

Error
The compression has failed.
Please check your hard disk space

this is a new system, w/ a 150gb Raptor hard drive, i have 140gigs of free space.

i turned off all my firewalls and anti-virus. am i missing something? i was playing everything fine yesterday. havnt changed a thing since i played.

Try removing the file your having troubles with... Then clean out your temp files.... Reboot your PC and give it another try.

it's like downloading a zipped file...then it fails to decompress it...i'm tempted to get he file from a friend and do it manually
