Hello all

Im an old player of L2 ( I started at prelude) and abandoned the game about 8 months ago;

Now im returning tonight to see C4 new content, but I want to know your opinion about C4;

Please tell me what you think of this expansion, what you like more and what u hate too.

I also have some questions , pls answer if you can:

The Dawn/Dusk event still exist?

I never liked it because it made Tower of Insolence and Antharas Lair bad places to hunt;

Speaking off TI and lair, how are those locations now?

Botters and farmers , are they still around?

Wich alliances are in the power nowadays?

In my time legend and mafia alliances were the powerhouses.

Did the drops improved?

I remember killing the mini boss at Lair ( pytan i guess) and getting only 1 thread as drop.

Are bladedancers still wanted in groups?

Well, i have a lot more of questions but i will ask in game to my friends ( if theys till play hehe)

Dawn/Dusk still exists
Can't speak about TI or Lair but they still extist. People still hunt in Lair.
Of course they are still around.
Others will have to answer as to which alliances are powerhouses.
Drops have not improved and Blade Dancers are wanted in groups.

I like C4 quite a lot. Welcome back.

mafia disbanded after pretty much getting in war with all server.
legend lost some numbers, but is growing again and is still powerful.

as for farmers/botters in game, well, there will always be some, that wont change, no matter in c4 or c10 :P

drops have imporved actually....A LOT! sometimes i get 27 waking scrolls in ONE drop! omgz (im jk, thats a crappy drop)

Not really, they are less frequented but there are quests in both that keep people coming back.

TI? Uh, empty? ToI and Lair are afk player party infested as always but so is nearly every other region now, even the new ones...

Since I don't really care I can only name Epoch, Divine and Core.

In my time legend and mafia alliances were the powerhouses.
I'd have named them in the last question but it's been a bit silent around them, even though you can see them everywhere. Mafia is baibai, sort of.

Hahahahahahahaha! This is L2... No.

I remember killing the mini boss at Lair ( pytan i guess) and getting only 1 thread as drop.
Surprise: no more mini bosses at all anywhere. All mini bosses have been deleted (under 20) or turned into raid bosses (above 20). Their drops have, if possible, been made worse, too. Full drops are not as common, instead you sometimes get weird amounts of key mats.

Why wouldn't they? Not like their dances changed. :)

Oh well, have fun with the new content, it's really nice - beautiful new areas instead of some bleak dungeons that all look alike. ^^

Hey yath, not sure if you might remember me on Ivy or Andothe, but things haven't really cahnged that much. Most of the clan names have, but the people in them are still the same people that were in the clans when you left.

Your best bet is to logg on, hang out a few weeks, watch a few sieges, don't listen to the botters whining about lack of PVP. Plenty of hate and discontent on Hinde atm, welcome back.

Yes

ToI is great in my opinion. Never really liked the Lair either.

Hrm not sure..Alot of the higher lvls hunt in more higher lvled places these days.

Of course. But it sure is fun killing them.

Oblivion, Divine, Epoch and Core are the major alliances right now. Storm is in the back, and Legend is...well kinda not really there at all.

In my time legend and mafia alliances were the powerhouses.
MaFia were the only ones to have the balls to war ALL of the major alliance and not really cry about it. And Legend has lost many, but I do believe they are doing their best to regain control and recruit once again.

In my opinion: Yes, I seem to be getting more good drops than in C3, C2 or C1..

Not alot of Change in people

The Big old Clans are still around Devine,Epoch,Legend
and alot of the heiger end players who's clans have come and go have joined CORE you will proberly find alot of old friends mixed in there if they still play.

You will love the new areas there is something for everyone, it just takes some time to find your feet and an area that suits you.

BDs IMO are very rarely partyless and getting into a clan with old friends is always a good plan even if its just for a re-intoduction before you decide where to go,

siege wise these are massive events now (big) as most allys join forces and bonds to build the "ultimate" force to siege with. this results in either a **** good siege, a compleat slaughter of one side and much hate or no one shows at all
So no real changes at all in sieges other that player lvl i guess hehehe
