This is Mcivy's post reworded to fit forum policy.
Last night, 3 alliances pvp Redguards. (a clan that we would like support to look at and investigate for multiple violations of the EULA) We have tried in game support and reporting them with no success. We are forced to post on the boards to get a response only as a last resort.)
After we wiped them, we attempted lilith. Some things seemed to be suddenly wierd:
1. I am a bishop with +4 con, which buffed leaves me about 4500 hp. I cannot run from the start of DN to lilith without crowd controlling/ healing. How is it that 13 sh's can get there without healer support?
2. My alliance alone has killed lilith dozens of times. Last night, we had over 3 alliances of nukers there, and she would not die. I have only seen the helpers respawn one time the whole time I have ever done lilith. With 24+ nukers, this shouldn't have been the case. When we all watched RG kill the boss 15 mins later, they wiped it with 13 nukers.
3. There were absolutely no GM's listed when this was occurring.
4. Finally, my whole alliance as well as another bigger alliance has reported these supposed EULA violating toons for using a terrain exploit south of giran to pull the raid boss up on a mountain that can only be climbed through a lag spot. Yet, they still raid.
What is going on here that the gm's have not investigated these circumstances. The whole community of hindemith knows for sure that Redguards gives all their items to a dwarf named kiffy. And she sells her wares to all players at high prices. Anyone with common sense knows all the adena she has made, there is a cap. So we would like to know where all this adena is going? Please investigate the logs to see the transactions Kiffy is making and that she is most likely violating the EULA and may be banned.
In the end, they somehow manage to outamage the 3 alliances total dmg strength with very few nukers. On top of that , they pk'ed us as we were picking up the pieces from lilith's respawn, and on the same mp pool, were able to do a boss we had buffed.
This is a request for the GM's to investigate Kiffy and the Redguards. This is not 1 clan or alliance asking for them to be investigated. This is the whole server saying we have a problem GM's, please look into it. Make it #1 on your list of EULA violations to check. The WHOLE server is asking you to take some action.
Everyone that wants Kitty and Redguards invesitated please sign this thread. Don't accuse them of using programs or doing things that would get this thread locked. Just /sign it and hopefully the GM's will take action.

Wish I could get a career like that. Prolly doesn't even need a degree I imagine, huh Immo? Instead, I have to actually do real work, not sit in a game all day selling things. Must be a tough life for Kiffy.

And you are? I dont see why you are limiting this to the NA market seeing as how we have a fairly large amount that arent in NA...but Im guessing you dont even play this server so you dont know that.

Re-read the post. We are not just talking about what they do with the adena they make, we are saying they are making it violating the EULA. Using exploits and possible illegal programs.
The EULA is there for a reason. Just because they are "special" clan doesn't mean they can violate it.

They don't Ducc, in fact they lock your thread for talking about this sort of thing. MyIvy made a post earlier that got locked. one of the GM forwards you to a post that tells u how they deal with illigal progaram useage. They say they will lick these threads b/c they want to make room for legitimet posts. Well if they ever read this I have a question for them. What is a better topic to talk about on ur forums then a topic that plagues the game? Why not bots not stoped? I can run though the game and identify 100 bots an hour easy in under a week if I have unresricted rule Hinde would be 99% bot free. So how come an entire team of people can't do it? Maybe I don't understand what it takes to prove someone is a bot, but ... how come WoW doesn't have bots? or so many other MMO's?
Of course a GM won't ever answer my question but hey I can dream.

Please just /sign it or move on to the next post. I don't want it to get locked before people can sign it.
This is only meant to show them the amount of people that Redguards are effecting and that this needs to be looked at. We have a serious problem and we expect the GM's to atleast look into Redguards and Kiffy.
I am hoping with the support of the server and not a individual flame fest that they will take it seriously and look at the logs or do whatever they do to identify EULA violations.

(PS: GMs are in game they are just not signed in list (/gmlist) - They are not doing this but dunno why. I asked why, they said sometimes they just forgot. LOL but they have to have alzheimer or smth to forget all the time.)

It's possible to run through the whole dungeon if you are not bishop (bishop is the slowest character in game).
It's quite possible for 12 SH with support to outdamage 24 nukers.
It's allowed to raid whatever you want whenever you want. The only possible violation are adena trades and bot usage.
We can't prove the fact it takes place, even though we'd frame adena seller.
Do you remember Kohril story? Orika sent a report with account sharing confession... What happened? Nothing.
So we can only pray that sanity will once shed light upon GM stuff. The hardly believable thing, thugh.

As this thread is a form of petitioning, it will have to be closed.
If you suspect a specific player of violating the EULA, please use the Support web site (http://support.lineage2.com) rather than the official message board to report them. The GM team does not typically investigate players because of posts on the official message board, but rather through submitted reports.

In response to an earlier concern, even if there are no GMs currently visible in the /gmlist, there are still GMs online and providing service.
We understand that you may have frustrations about players you suspect of violating the EULA, but please understand that it does take time to investigate a possible violation in order to take action against an account.
