Yep I killed a raid boss solo it took 48 mins 150 heal pots 10K ss and 4 attack speed 2 pots and a dagger with bleed and the bleed was help a lot 2 kill that thing. I ran out of ss at about 1/4 the boss hp and still killed it. Here is the last 20 mins of the recorded video. It's a L2 file so you have 2 put it in your replay folder start the game and hit replay.

That was C3, chuck. In C4, you'll never get that kind of drop. Trust me, I've done dozens of sub-40 bosses, and they NEVER drop more than 1 full drop, and if you get that, you're lucky.
Ah, the good old days. My alliance was hauling in millions of adena worth of full drops and scrolls for an evening of effort. EWC's, EAC's, brig helms, gloves of knowledge. Once we got 3 staffs of life from 1 boss, and another time I think it was 4 light crossbows. Ah well, the good ole days are gone. But then again, in C3 those bosses could actually be difficult to kill.

effort = reward
thats why u get tons of stuff when killing antharas.. wich take 40+ min to kill
and not much from RBs wich u use max 5 min to kill..

Yup, its not as profitable as it used to be, but its still worth the time. And some of these bosses still have multiple full drops, but they are harder to get than they used to be. What I REALLY miss, are the material drops. We spent a LOT of time in C3 farming the lowbie raid bosses, and we have awesome material stockpiles right now because of it. Nothing better than pulling 3-400 CBP(and many other mats) a night to go with your brig helms and knowledge gloves.
