As i level, power strike dmg got closer to my normal hits. Why? Pattack doesn't factor in special moves, only lvl??

It does, just compare the damage from that skill with low wearpon and with high end wearpon. Just the "Attack Power" is much more important then the patack.

power of martial skills is added to you pattack in the calucaltion for damage.

hammer crush hits mobs for about 400ish with an A grade weapon and 150 with a chrono

Weapon patk does not factor in. Mortal Blow and Back Stab do the same damage with a +4 kris as with my starting dagger.

Depends on skills, some classes have skills that dont really calculate pattk, but some other classes do take it into consideration.

No, no no no!!! Your character's patk very, very much matters. However, in your case, the power of the skill greatly out-matches the power of your weapon, so weapon patk doesn't influence damage hardly at all.

Crush of doom is the same I think. I do as much damage in PVP using this skill with my Chrono weapon as I do with my Dragon Slayer.
Yes, I really have killed people with my chrono weapon.

Actually no, the dmg is higher with a DS than it is with a Chrono Darbuka ;) I hit my clanny TK with both and the DS always comes ahead in dmg, especially if you use SS. Granted, the dmg difference aint really big but the DS still has more and that's due to the higher pattk you have while using it.
Also, if the skill didnt take pattk into account, Frenzy and Rage wouldnt boost the dmg of Crush of Doom, but they do so the skill has pattk in its dmg calculation included.

i am perfectly sure it is added to your initial pattack.

pattack w/ you kris is less than 500. pattack w/ the starting dagger would be around 80-100 or so.
you have DB over 4k+crit pow. passive+VS, so the weapon pattack doesn't matter that much.
