Now Whats Better Tunic of Knowledge set or the New Clan Robes in C5.

The clan robes give you +5% casting speed and +5% pef. Knowledge adds to damage, which is still better but the clan armor is a full set (helm, gloves, boots, body) and CHEAP. So that's a bonus.

Knowlege adds realy insignificant damage, only useful if the mobs you hunt have 1mm hp left after nuke without it. Sold mine, and if I'll roll another mystic I'll just put on sage rage or, may be the new clan armor, depending on looks.

Why would you use sage's rags over knowledge? Zero set bonus.

Higher MP poll and P.def I would guess. If the set bonus isn't useful to a person it really doesn't count.

I used sages rage in early c2 before I hit 40 because with knowledge I still 2 shotted mobs, also, I gathered maybe 500k worth of mats from lvl 25-30 or so (with a bh in my clan helping me get the key mats) and once I got 40 I sold it for 2mil. Was a pretty good investment seeing as how I only paid for the keymats that a clannie found and a few of the mats towards the end.

the thing is clan set looks really good and has a decent bonus.
Knowlege on the other hand gloves cost 2m and the other parts are 150k bottom, 200k+ top. then you still need to buy boots, helmet. and get jwellery.
Or you can join a clans acadamy, get a free armor for giveing them rep points.(I say free cause they should be buying the D crys for your armor)
BTW +10% m atk - 5% mp regen isn't that great of a bonus compaired to + P df and cast speed; for a 20-40 person.
