We are very aware of concerns about suspicious players on the Franz server. Please keep the message board policy (http://boards.lineage2.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=638759) on discussing User Agreement violations in mind when posting in this forum and on the official message board.
Please use the web site (http://support.lineage2.com) to report suspicious players; investigations do not begin based on a message board post.
We appreciate your comments and feedback, but we ask that you abide by the message board policies.

Edit: As added reassurance, I want to state again that the GM team is investigating suspicious players on the server. We do ask for patience as the investigation process takes some time, so the turnaround probably won't be as quick as players would like, but we are working hard to investigate anyone who might be breaking the rules.
