Erm... Feature Confusion...

I could have sworn I read that the newbie buffs would be enabled for all chars under 20 or 25 or what ever it is... Instead of just the first char... Am I incorrect or have they not done it yet?

first character on the server. once that first character has reached lvl 6, it will be the only one able to recieve the bonuses, even if you delete him and make another one.

Bah, I was under the impression that in C5 they changed it so any char under 20 or something could receive buffs...

I *think* they are gonna add that in a later patch. Don't quote me on that though.
