Anyone know where this drops? most of the threads / spreadsheets I have seen have left this one out. Frost Buffallo drop the War chant amulet...but I'm not sure what drops the Earth Chant Amulet.

Earth Chant is dropped by the same Frost Buffalo.

Earth chant seem to be more rare thoght, under the time I hunted that mob I only saw 1 to drop, but 4 War chant droped.
