Clan skills

Does anyone know a website that can tell me about all the skills clans can get using rep points?

Just trying to figure out what there is to get.. and if you have to be a certain clan lvl for certain skills. We just started up our clan again and we arent wanting to really go lvl 6 but mainly looking at getting skills i wanted to check them out see what the skills had to offer before we just randomly got them.

well I'll tell you, you need level 6 to get any useful skills, and then you need level 8 to get a useful effectiveness on them.

that info is in the C5 patchnotes.
