L2 Flash Game

Don't know if anyone has seen this already, saw it on another L2 forum. I thought it was pretty fun, and a neat way to pass some time while I was bored at work. :)

The game is on NCJapan site, but almost everything in the game is in english, so it goes along just fine. :P Lots of tricky parts, so look closely and use your noodle! ;) Weeeeee!

Use your arrow keys to move around..... And it's somewhat straight forwards... You collect the weapon/armor icons and keys to unlock doors...

Using the railroad comes quite a bit later, you sort of get a lil peek at it when that area first opens up. Eventually you'll end up there though. :) Just remember to explore every possibility, a lot aren't what you'd expect. Re-visit rooms you've already been to, since blocked passages can open up from puzzles solved elsewhere. ;)

I finished it yesterday, and it was fun solving all the little puzzles and things. I'd be happy to help with some hints, but it's a lot more fun not to be told right-out what to do, so don't expect TOO much! :P :P :P

The room to the right gives you the "code" that corresponds to the room on the left with the key. Up to you to see it! ;)

ee but its like I start the game... walk to the next room.. see two doors a gold one and a silver one and a room that just locks me inside... to the right is nothing that I can do either, lol I just dont get anything.
Im I only supposed to use arrow keys? :eek:

Hint: Solid walls cast solid shadows. ;) Remember that you are never truely stuck, and explore every possibility. :)

Also, as you get materials, you can go back to the recipe room to craft items that will allow you to proceed further! (a set of stairs in one of the first rooms goes down to the recipe room)

WooHoo! I beat it. 1:32 for a time.

There is a fair amount of back tracking, one timed room (not impossible) and two sorta times rooms. (Mine Cart)

Once you figure out the first couple tricks and get the mine pick things just kinda flow into place.

40/40 items AND I got the extra ending. ^_^

There are several items you have to get before you get that. I'm guessing you haven't seen the floating moon yet. If not...then you should have a magnet by now (or the mats to make one ;) ) Look around a bit in the room with the spinning cannon, using your magnet in the right spot. :)

It's in a chest, just west of the room with two metal blocks and only one hole in the ground. You need to get the second item to unblock the wall.

This is where I got stuck too. Pay attention to the ground in that room...it ties in with an action you already used in another room. (Twice in fact!)

i found the floating moon. I found a few dark rooms i need the torch for. And there are blocks on the ground in these rooms that dont stay down when i walk on them :(

is there a certain place i need to use the cannon in the floating moon room?

LOL finished it in 0:49 and I rated 4/5 dwarves (whatever that means) but I can't read Japanese for the "true ending." I wonder if this is what happened to all the dorfs in L1. Hrm, the ending and the railroad tracks kinda makes you think about the Schuttgart area. Oh well, I won't say anything more.

Look on the right side how many circles there are at each position. And then, well, it's all about the order of things :)

Got completely stuck at 19 items. Used the cannons, no more spaces in walls, opened all chests, used my magnet. Can't make anything else, can't open any other doors :confused:

Finally finished it, got the "not true" ending though, and have no idea how you're supposed to get the blue gems...got all 40 items though.

Done that, used the cannons, got into the rooms on the left hand side of the first cannon, also got the armor that was on the block. I can't get any further as I've opened all doors, can't find any more holes in walls, opened all the chests. I'm missing something but don't know what. All that seems to be left is locked yellow doors, blocked doors and stuff that needs a pickaxe :(

Try shooting the cannon in all directions, at both heights. Things get hit you cannot see.

I'm stuck after item 36. The giant rock hand just flicked a metal square off the screen in B3. I still need the gold key but I don't know what the next step is.

The bone for the pickaxe is northwest of where the floating moon was (the room with a rotating cannon that you can fire at different elevations). To get the bone make sure the cannon is firing in an elevated position in the north direction. In the screen that would be north of that, there is an item on a metal block... if you move that metal block onto the spot where the boulder will land (there should be an imprint on the ground if you've visited the room and fired in that direction already) the item will fall off the top of it and you will have access to the treasure chest that contains the bone. Hope that helps ya!

The 'first ending' actually gives you the blue stone. Simply continue to go back and use the recipe book to make the last item.

Finally finished it in 1:45. What was holding my up was figuring out that the four arrow keys in the very first room could be smashed with the pickax. A unique turn of events at the end... wasn't expecting that. But it was fun and worth playing.

Actually this part looks harder than it is. You have plenty of time, and a little extra. Just do the blocks in clockwise order. Blue/Red/Purple. (This way the one you have to magnet twice on goes last, the other two you just have one block to drop in a hole and maybe one pile to rubble.

That house must of been bugged the first time, because when the flash reloaded I had no problems getting up to the roof. :/

The house is sorta buggy, I can't figure out how I get up to the top each time, but I do somehow.
