More like getting the whole lazy bunch of a clan to actually act together most of the time. Which is a lot of effort, but looks like it finally gets some stuff done - teaching the people that they can party together, and that they can do something against random gank squads and so on.

... even if it means I have to spam the clan chat for hours on end to organise a party or two for each level bracket. :)

I just wish the people would stop the inter-clan drama. :)
