I'm a level 20 rogue i just started playing yesterday. I think the game is great, but i would like to see some more people and talk with them, make friends party and what not. If you would like to sponsor me or just party with me. The name is Marktheradon

My advice is to shout up some groups and play along side some folks--that will tell you quite a bit about them. There is no hurry to join a clan and nearly every clan out there will take you into their academy.
Real people make up clans--you can get to know something of them by interacting in-game.

In addition to the great advice given above, I also recommend knowing what type of a clan you're looking for.
PvE? Raids? RP? PvP? End-Game?
There are a lot of things to do in this game, and clans that encompass them all, even on Lionna. Figuring out what you want is an important step toward finding a place that delivers it for you.
