Blockade = "abnormal mental state" ?

so here is my question :
Is Seal of Blockade an abnormal mental state (mental attack) ?

I know that silence is mental attack.
by extension: is Suspension same type attack too ?

Blockade is mental attack as far as I know.

I've fought dominators with antharas in olympiad when I don't have one and blockade lands on me ALOT and mine never seemed to land on him. Same with players with mental shield, it seems to land alot less.

according to what i just read on the war cry forums seal of blockade lets you Dominators solo raid bosses is that true?

gonna take yrs to get there and by the time i'm 79 it will be nerfed to shreds though :(

no. blockade doesn't make you able to solo Raids. ^^
But that help you to kill them with just a good party of DDs ;)
