Why can't I bind shift+any key ? If I can, tell me how =.=

key binding (as far as i know) only works from the shortcut bar.
so alt+Fn to change to bar n quickly, or fully expand the shortcut bar n click on rows 2 and 3

but....there must be a way. I already changed my next target to be the 'tab' key! I also notice that when you hold shift, you can target thing and you won't move, if you miss click on the ground. But daaaaamn not being able to change that is annoying. Would be nice to have like....12345 for the first row on the bar then shift+12345 for the second one!
