Official notes about crystals no longer breaking

I've looked through the notes about each chronical, have done several different searches here on the forums, and looked at the plaync support center but cannot find anything that officially says soul crystals no longer break prior to level 10.

Its possible that I just can't see it for looking. Can someone please point me to the right place to find this?

Looking but can't find it either. I know I've leveled close to 50 crystals and none of them broke but it has been some time since then. Are they breaking again?

I think it was only mentioned in the PTS patch notes, but never made it to the final patch notes.

Yeah a lot stuff is hard to find if you need information about it. Blame NC for it.
As far as i remember its now till lvl 10 soulcrystals wont break and at 11,12,13 ect they have a slim chance.

When they where introduced i never was able to lvl a soul crystal past 3 they always broke and i also was low lvl.

I 100% remember reading about it in some kind of official notes, but I cannot find it now, either. Anyway - it IS that way, crystals do no longer break.

And since the crystal could never break trying to go to stage 11 and up anyway, this means that soul crystals can never ever break.
