Big Fail Of NCsoft ??

hello community of l2.before about 3weeks ncsoft banned 2 bot parties in luna that are already 85lvl,they had great power in server ruining the server etc etc .yesterday ncsoft unbanned these ppl. banns supposed to be final , but not in luna.by all these facts i come to a conclusion :
big ncsoft fail? :P
nice now bots have a second chance in luna,gogo all bots from all servers come to luna!! :)

by these actions u managed to turn luna in a bot server,most of the legits players will leave server.i wonder how luna will look like with population like 100 bots of einheit/teddybears/untraceables.

P.s hello my bots friends,u will make the server die.i wonder how it looks like when ull left alone pvp with your own bots,sell your epics to your own bots,have fun with your own bots.and dont forget the incident that we had 3 heroes(legit :P) from the same player.

Hello, First and foremost we have reopened all the accounts involved in this incident. You should be aware that if for any reason you are found botting in the future we will not be reopening the account again. The reason you were all banned is due to the GM monitoring your actions and the appearance of being unresponsive when tested. When certain members of your party were kicked it took 2 minutes before anyone reacted. I have looked very closely to the chat of all involved and believe you were all present. This evidence was compelling to me.You guys were not banned because of any mass petitions nor where you unbanned because of them; Mass petitions do very little but delay any kind of reaction, good or negative. I simply felt something was missing from the evidence that was used to ban you and feel that you all deserve a second chance. Second chances are not something that happens for players who are believed to be botting, in fact it takes some very strong evidence to compel me to do so.We thank you for your patience with us during this time, we know its been frustrating and disheartening and I apologize. To help ease the pain I am enclosing a game time card good for 7 days. We wish you guys all the best.

learn to play guys instead of not allowing normal play for other with your petitions for legit palyers, your game is not mmorpg

Characters that transfered from other servers didn't start from scratch.
I was already 78 when I transfered for example.
