sr sub

Hey guys,

If you are light elf and you are about to sub an archer what would you prefer SR or HE, and why?

I really like to stick with the race but I don't know if I would regret ot later.

anyway I have 4 more lvls and quests to make till then so I have time to settle my mind on this. :D

Both are quite strong. My main is an SR, but when my friends hit subclass, I told them to roll HE for the sick carrying capacity and hit point difference.


One thing I do appreciate with SR though is constant ww2, and our cure bleed and remove poison have been corrected and are now useful. They are quick casts. So when you move out to FOTD, a quick click will get rid of that nasty bleed or poison.

I'm doing the reverse though. Next sub for me as an LE is PW. I hate how slow human classes run and WR rocks.

My Main is WR and my 1st sub is SwS but I'm looking to make my 2nd subclass a SR if I ever make it there, lol.

like all light elfs you rely on your dex... higher atk speed, run speed, crit rate, evasion... etc

Higher Crit Rate then HE due to dex and passive crit chance skills
lower str and con then HE Maj light kinda helps out with the stun thou
fully buffed end game with glass cannon tats (+4str +4dex-8con) you can deal very good damage but so can a HE and he still have more Con so it comes down the the dex! for them crits!
the evasion is good specially when you have melee/archers hitting on you.

I do believe next update (gracia final) evasion becomes more effective in pvp as well if i read the patch notes right.

HE do however have the slightly higher con for HP/CP and stun resits while they lack the run spd crit rate and evasion the SR has.

also HE get nice carry weight which is good for shots and arrows! for the long grind sessions, but remember using a bow before B/A grade is financial suicide and you find your self restocking in town every 2/3 buff rounds >.<

The reason im going to pick SR is because If cant get 176+ run speed I'm not interested lol i hate running slow SR and WR are great classes for this get in get out.

its good char for open wars hunt your target take them down and get out before they see where you came from watch them cry and call for back up and you can stand watch from the back and pick of the slow *** chars who cant keep up with the pack as they go to help the first cripple ^^

Plus with my WR main means I can keep the same gear carry my dagger and bow at all times so people wont know which class I am until I atk. also the subclass skill of increase evasion wont go a miss on my main ^^
