Veil (wth?)

Is it only me,or that skill does absolutely nothing?

Veil:Creates an illusion of nearby monsters for 2 minutes

I have tested many times,with not any actual result.

You use veil on a mob which normally would be aggro so that it does not attack you or anybody else while the skill lasts (use stealth or silent move to get close, then use veil on mob, then everybody else can move past). It's a poor man's shadow dance.

Would have to check on my dagger alt for exact cooldown time, but it is not long - a couple of seconds, so if it fails, you can just wait and retry.

You can just use stealth/silent move, walk into a room, pick out the aggro mobs and use it on each of them to "pacify" a whole room so other players can walk through or whatever. You can even us it on the one aggro mob in a group of mobs to make the whole group non-aggro. Also, if the skill fails, it does not draw aggro from the mob you used it on - you can just keep trying until it lands.

It does NOT work on mobs which already are attacking you (use trick for that).

Yeah, it would make it useless. ^^ That's AWESOME that it works that way. I was entertaining the thought of subbing AW...I think I'm going to heavily lean that direction now. ;)
