Yeah it was changed in Final when Overlords got Criticals of Pa'agrio. Also imo l2 homepage is an awful place to check skills :P

true that, it's a good base check, and has a good setup, for what it was worth... however it is out of date, and doesn't have exact statistics.

Eye of Pa'agrio: +4 Accuracy and -30% Chance to (i.e. Rate at which you) Recieve Critical Hit

Chant of Protection: Critical Damage you recieve is decreased by 30% (IIRC)

They should have just given Heirophants Eye of Pa'agrio/Chant of Protection combo at 83 instead of Counter Critical, IMO. That would have been strong O.O
