I am a TH and about to hit S grade. I already have my Draconic set ready to go. Which element should I go with to put on it? Should this element also go on my weapon?

Your armour element is your resist element. Nothing to do with Weapon Element, so nope doesn't have to relate to what your weapon has on it.
Big thing is where you hunt. Different mobs use different elements to attack. So no one can really tell you what to put on it unless they know where you usually hunt.
If you PVP alot try to figure out what elements your enemies are using.

if your hell bound, bound....... or a rifter, or doing frequent gracia runs.... it appears that having a holy elemented weapon and dark resist armor is your best run..
however when it comes to PVP.... bunch of people are putting each peice of armor to a different element.
(you put divine stones on your weapon for holy attack and devine stones on your armor for Dark resist)

you mean put like water resist on boots and fire resist on helmet and wind resist on main piece and earth resist on gloves? Would it matter what elemental resist i were to put on each piece?

Yep thats the idea. If your PVP'ing and you don't know who you will be fighting. People mix it up a bit, so you kinda cover most bases.
Basically if you are fighting someone with Wind on their weapon, if you don't have any wind resists on your armour, they will do more damage to you. If you are in HB and you have dark resists on your armour, you will take less damage from the mobs. If your in IoP you will need an altogher different Elemental resist to lessen the damage. So if you give the areas you are usually in, people might be able to help give tips on resists that will help you.
If you took every piece of armour and put the same element on it. To some mobs/people in PVP you would be indestructable. On the other hand, this would open you up to massive damage from the 5 other elements. This is why most people mix and match their resists.

Alright then. Hey I appreciate both of you guys.
you both seem to know a little something about pvp so I got one last question. What combination would you suggest? I'm guessing Dark or wind resist on my main armor (for kamaels and DE's) like fire on my helm for the human mages earth on my gloves and water on my boots. Any suggestions?

just fyi, the only dark element Kamael class is Soul Hound. The other two classes don't go dark (unless they don't know better). The only other dark classes are necro and SK, and SK won't always have dark weapon either.
Dark resist is very good for pve though because there are so many dark mob areas in game.
for other resists it depends on your enemies in pvp; a mix of the other 4 elements is ok; all DD classes will be one of the four fire water wind earth (because we can enchant skills for those). And other classes like tanks and supports (sws/bd) very often have holy. For pvp I would put dark as last priority, most people don't have that. There are reasons to put a mix of elements or just one or two on armor; it just depends on your individual situation (and what you can afford) what is best for you. For pvp the best bet is probably earth wind fire water, as these are the elements the DD type classes (both fighter and nuker) will be using. For pve get a few more items of drac, whatever is cheap like gloves or boots, and start working on adding dark or holy to them so you can switch if you need.
it doesn't matter which piece has which element; unless you get additional pieces of armor and start to mix it up so you can stack for different elements depending on what you are doing, then you will want to take care you can mix them as needed.

ugh... /facepalm
yes all Kamaels have Dark Weapon and Dark Armor toggles. Yay, D grade skills. Does that mean they all go dark when they get to third class? No.
If you want to pvp AT ALL in S grade, you choose an element you can enchant your big damage skills for and then put the same element on your weapon. For Doombringer and Trickster that's the same 4 as every other true DD class: fire water wind or earth. NOT dark.
Only Soul Hound can enchant their skills for Dark, so they would be the only one who should do that. Make sense?
Unfortunately I have met many Doombringers who had dark (and one even had holy) on their weapons.
