I recommend to transfer
last remains of Lionna pvpers in MO still I think
all other Lionna pvpers (and a bunch of Kain ones too) on Devianne :)
some Aria neutrals came also I heard but I don't know who they are
and DragonAdvocates moved to Sayha pretty sure
I would estimate 100+ people moved from Aria to Devianne, it was about 5 months ago
Aion has taken it's toll on all servers but for Aria it's mostly people transferring off
