Just came back..and need help

Hey everyone.

I just came back to L2 after being gone for a long time, and I could use some friendly advice from fellow dark elves.

Before leaving, I stripped my toon and gave the armor, adena, everything to a RL friend of mine who doesn't play anymore. Anyway, I am a lvl52 PS. I am wondering where the best spots to farm are at to make some adena back, and what armor/weap is the best for B grade? Thanks in advance for the help!

I think you will find all the info you need by reading the Dark Elves category from Class Discussion, about leveling spots and gear, (there are many threads about PS) and Players Guides :)

You can use common items if you are low on money. Common items are essentially dirt cheap normal items that cannot be enhanced in any way. So a common homu will be forever a homu+0 without acumen. Same for common armor, which doesn't even give you a set bonus.

You buy common weapon/armor/jewels up to C grade from the NPCs in Giran. Common B is from drops. Low B normal (not common) is in Luxury.

Some nice spots for 52+ are:

* North of Ivory Tower, all the way to Outlaw Forest
* Frozen Labyrinth (probably not the group mobs)
* Enchanted Valley (easy, warm, cute...)
* Forsaken Plains (usually busy)
* Aden Cemetery (at Taik Orc Supply Leaders)

Experiment with a small catacomb room too, AA could give you some nice income.

Be sure to pick this quest (http://l2.eogamer.com/wiki/A_Special_Order) with any 40+ character you may have, it gives you a chance for extra money each day :)

thanks! i have been farming at the cemetary for a bit. glad know i am on the right track!

Cemetery is not such a good place to level, no herb drops. Imo Forsaken Plains is very good until 61-62 then you can move to Swamp of Screams.

as a PS you don't need any amazing gear till you get to pretty much level 76, so common robes will do.

if you find you are having a hard time you might need to buy Dark Crystal robes at 61, but the weapon is not very important till 76, as long as you have acumen on it for faster casting.

at next update (teusday) you will get newbie buffs till 76 anyways so you should fly to 76.

awesome. Thank you guys for the helpful replies. Currently I am just wearing my Avadon's that I didn't give away, and not even using a weapon yet. With the newbie buffs on both me and my servitor, I am farming up some decent money at the Aden Cemetary. Once I get a decent amount I can port to some other, better farming spots that drop herbs...but for now I am doing alright. Anyway, thanks again!

And the Group mobs at Ice Labyrinth also a great place for a summoner to level. Make sure you get the quest to make a bit extra adena.

Welcome back! As i have just came back today from not having played in 2 or 3 years! Going to be fun learning again. Im just glad I still gave my gears and a +10 Homun w/Acumen
