Cubics are seperate entities, not affected by buffs, or passives.

I believe my answer took that into account.

Nothing but an overenchant on the skill will affect the cubic.

I disagree with your assumptions that cubics are not effected by bossjewels.

At the time when I was trying to figure this out for myself I had a +8 stun cubic and i was grinding on my level 81 Phantom Summoner at the enterence to Hellboudn about a year ago.. I had full buffs including bd/se/wc/bishop.. yes i know.. i grind with amazingness.. anyway..

I noticed that my stun cubic would never go off versus the mobs.. even if i single summoned them. (It is indeed true that having more cubics out is not better then having an individual only out.. hence, it chooses 1 at random, every 6 to 10 seconds and has that cubic go off.. so if you have only the stun cubic out.. the stunic cubic will try to go off every 6 to 10 seconds.. seemingly at random) .. ayway that asside. it never landed..

I then borrowed friend of mine Frint/Zaken/Antharas and its going off every second mob. Go figure.
