How wrong can this be?!

2 Accounts..

79 STS
78 SD

XP party with STS Pulling in PI(SE and PP buffs)

I make about 0.05-0.07 per buff round with vit 0.. on STS

XP party with SD pulling in DoE (DC Buffs.. no CoV)

I make about 0.10-0.12 per Buff round with vit 0... on STS

In all my L2 life, Nukers used to pull "bards" and other non-DD classes.. are things changing.. or did NC flop hard on XP per mob.. in PI ?
True that in DoE.. we get those "debuffs", that help a lot.. but even so, the Damage Per Second a SD does.. is nowhere near the damage a nuker does...

Just food for thought..

although it may just be me, but i am not familiar with DoE... what region is that?

if this area isnt on Primeval isle, then we arent drawing comparable conclusions....

Melee didn't pull anything for a Nuker to AOE.

Case 1:

SD stays on Auto Follow and STS does the killing in Primeval Island.

Case 2:

STS sits on floor.. in the center of a Den.. while SD kills... around the Den.

having now understood that DoE means Den of Evil i can somewhat understand, however i think its still not a fair comparison.

on PI, you have PP and SE, in DoE you have DC. 3ppl vs 4 ppl this would surely account for the exp differential?

you don't really have to pull anything, just go out there and nuke nuke nuke. when there are 5+ mobs, mass nuke. avoid tyranosauruses. thats about it. easy enough...

I did not try DoE though as my SD is 76 so he probably wont be able to pull it off..

Ok I admit this is possible with following healer so you might have to be more careful without one. SD is so great in DoE because of the insane crit rate buffs so he crits half of the time.

Prob with PI on Teon.. is that bots KS you.. so.. 30-50% of my mobs are shared with bots... and the STS just can't be faster. Today I was able to make .15.. but only once.

SD at 76 can do it... but 150 holy duals are a must.. and they work like a charm.. just put everything on crit (500) and hack away. I crit 80% of the time.. 5 dances up. Fury, Fire, Warrior, VR, Light(Holy duals.. ^^).

Spud: Buffers are staying OOP. Only members in party are SD and STS.

are you talking about PI field or PI forest? because I thought bots wouldn't survive in Forest due to tyranosauruses... forest has much more exp than the field.
