Doomcryer S Grade Armor Choice

Hi,

I have always used DC Robes as my choice for armor since COV needed casting speed for regen, but since that has changed i guess i should change my armor right ^^

I have seen alot of DCs using drac armor and arc mace acu, So looking into any Dcs who have that set up and thoughts and ideas on it.

Also using IC Sheild instead of the Sigal What are opinons there? hope to hear back from you soon.

Light armor has decent casting speed, at 90%, so Drac Light armor could work. the problem there is it doesn't come with any decent resists, in fact it doesn't come with any. however if you pvp it, then your opponent has a chance to lose target, which is somewhat helpful.

what do you do?
do you grind solo?
do you stand around buffing?
do you tank for mages?

what roll do you plan on fulfilling?

mostly in a melee group with a bd always, and swtich between my tank and titan friend, sometimes both. So i always melee with them, buff and now and again throw a heal in.

Drac works nice. if you melee w/ friends i would suggest a 2 hand blunt, it has nice patk, high crits, and you can spam your blunt skills... many go w/ dagger but for a pure pve weapon the 2 hander provides alot of dmg w/ a slower atk rate saving $ on shots so your not going broke spamming shots w/ your already expensive cov/gate...
acum weapon for faster casting w/ the light armor for sleeping, healing, or pvp but even w/ light and no acum in pve your buffs take 20 seconds.
imo you dont really need sigil on WC, outside pvp mp managment is as easy as hitting a mob...

If you don't solo, wearing light armor is not so necessary. DC rarely gets aggro in a party. Of course it doesn't hurt either. PvP though (especially mass PvP) requires robes.

+6 Blue Wolf Light unless you PVP then S grade Light or Robes
